Spring is busy! Take the stress out of opening your pool and let our trained professionals open it for you. Complete the form below before our schedule fills up.



NEXT STEPS:

Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email confirming you are added to the opening list with your scheduled opening date. Please call the office at 419-999-1505 or email us at service@shawneepoolslima.com if you would like to change this date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Customer must do the following to be ready for their service appointment:

  1. Set skimmer basket from closing next to the pump; if not available, new parts will be installed and added to the invoice.

  2. Remove water from cover (if auto or solid cover); customer will be billed an hourly labor rate if pumping is required.

  3. Ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured; a trip charge will be applied if we have to return, and the next available date may be weeks later.

  4. Provide access to auto cover switch (if applicable).

  • Please be sure to bring your water sample in weekly for testing.

  • As of 2024 we will no longer cover pools with water bag covers due to liability. Pools should be covered with a Safety Cover for the winter.
